SKILLED NURSING REHABILITATION

Often after a short hospital stay due to an illness or surgery, an individual requires rehabilitation. Our Rehabilitation program will allow our residents to work with quality physical, occupational and speech therapists. We offer access to private and semi-private rooms. All rooms include a bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, and tv, so you can be rest assured knowing you will be able to feel at home while you concentrate on getting stronger. Together we will create a personalized care plan to help you reach your goal of getting back to enjoying life!

OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Individuals needing to work with physical, occupational or speech therapies may have the option to participate in outpatient therapy services. This allows the individual to remain in their home but comes to our rehabilitation center to work with their therapists. When your physician suggests therapy services, tell them you want to stay close to home by having your therapy at Great River Care Center!
